Through her blog, Be-Labour-ing the Point, Diana has become a trusted voice on employment issues, particularly highlighting the shifts in the employment sector influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic. She offers strategic advice to employers on adapting to new work environments and legislation. Diana extends her insightful commentary to health matters via her blog, As Prescribed.

Dedicated to community service, Diana offers her expertise pro bono through Ontario's legal aid for those uncertain about their employment status. Her commitment to community service was further exemplified through her tenure on the Board of Directors for the Thistleoaks Child Care Centre. Beyond her legal pursuits, Diana harbors a passion for tea, working towards certification as a Tea Sommelier.

Her academic foundation includes a call to the Ontario Bar in 2018, following her LL.B. from the University of Leicester and a B.A. (Hons.) from Queen’s University.
